Deck: Everyone can make a difference in others' lives. Calea honours those who do

We developed Calea's Circle of Care Award to honour the people -- Calea staff and many others -- who make a difference in our lives.

• Healthcare professionals are encouraged to nominate truly inspiring and courageous patients.
• Patients can nominate healthcare workers who go beyond the call of duty and have changed lives.

Do you know someone who passes on a giving spirit? Has an impact? Works wonders? We would love to hear from you. Nominees who win a Circle of Care Award, will have their picture taken for our next newsletter, receive a plaque or certificate outlining their accomplishment and $XXX will be donated to their favorite charity.

To nominate a person (does not have to be a Calea employee) who has changed someone's life, please contact XXXX for more information or e-mail XXXX@ calea.ca with a short letter about why your nominee deserves this special recognition.
